YOUR ITINERARY (DAY WISE)

Arrive at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station. Transfer to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for the One-Horned Rhinoceros. Check into your hotel or resort.
Evening at leisure to enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

Early morning, enjoy an Elephant Safari in one of the park zones (subject to availability). Spot rhinos, swamp deer, wild buffaloes, elephants, and vibrant birdlife like pelicans, storks, and darters.

Return to resort for breakfast. Later in the afternoon, go for a Jeep Safari through the park for deeper wildlife exploration.
Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Shillong (4,900 ft), also known as the ‘Scotland of the East’. En route, visit the picturesque Umiam Lake – ideal for photography and relaxation.
Check-in at your Shillong hotel.
Overnight stay in Shillong.

After an early breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft) – the wettest place on Earth. Witness:

  • Nohkalikai Falls – India’s tallest plunge waterfall

  • Mawsmai Caves – easy-to-explore limestone caves

Return to Shillong by evening. En route, stop at:

  • Elephant Falls – three-tiered waterfalls

  • Shillong Peak – enjoy a panoramic view of the city

After early breakfast, drive to Dawki, near the India-Bangladesh border. Enjoy a boat ride on the crystal-clear Umngot River.

Later, head to Mawlynnong – Asia’s Cleanest Village. Visit:

Evening return to Shillong.
Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast, visit the sacred Kamakhya Temple (Timing: 8 AM to 1 PM & 3 PM till sunset).
Later, transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey.
